Business Analysis is a must to apply as organizations are adopting changes to improve and do better business. The set of tasks and techniques used to perform business analysis are defined in ‘A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK®Guide).’
In this course, participants will learn how to build real-world models that showed complex business requirements to be used as inputs in defining solutions (both functional and non-functional). A holistic approach in identifying requirements will be based on the overall enterprise architecture requirements.
