Dance Fitness is a lifestyle revolution that is currently sweeping the globe. The concept of dance fitness is that participants do not have to spend weeks or months perfecting a single routine or intricate choreographies.

Rather, they show-up, workout a sweat while doing their best to follow an instructor, and leave the session feeling good about their workout.

Why music and dance are great stress relievers?
