Dr. Anna Bella Siriban-Manalang, Ph.D.

Associate Professor in Industrial Engineering
Director, Center for Lean Systems and Management
De La Salle University

She has conducted various training and consulting on strategic management, quality/systems improvement/ standardization, Balanced Scorecard, performance measurement and monitoring, and organizational development for various clients, such as, Unilever, Macro Asia, Globe Innove, and PLDT amongst others.

She authored two (2) publications, such as: ‘The Development of an Assessment Model for determining the Level of Total Quality Management adoption in large Philippine Manufacturing Companies: An Exploratory Study and ‘Lean Engineering Education: DNA for Change Planning for the Future of Mechanical Engineering Education with Sustainability, Systems and Ethics Competency’ for ASME, US with three (3) international collaborators. She is a member of the International Resource Panel of the United Nations Environmental Program.

Dr. Beng is Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering at the De La Salle University. She finished her BS & MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the De La Salle University.

He conducted various trainings and consultancies on Systems Modeling and Optimization, Six Sigma, Quality Systems and Design of Experiments, Market and Industry Study/Research and Process Improvement and Documentation for such prestigious clients as Jollibee Foods, Inc., San Miguel Corporation, National Foods Limited-Australia, Zuellig Pharma Philippines, Nittetsu Metal Corporation, Bataan 2020 Inc., Johnson & Johnson Asia Pacific, and Sanyo Electronics Inc., among others. Bryan co-authored ‘A Closed Loop Supply Chain for re-manufacturable Electronic Gadgets’ which was presented at the 3rd National Operations Research Congress, and ‘Assessing Advanced Production Strategy in a Service Operation’ presented in the 11th Osaka University-DLSU Academic Research Workshop. He earned both his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering and his Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering at the De La Salle University. He was conferred ‘Graduate with Distinction Award’ for his Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering. Bryan is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering at the De La Salle University.

Franco is the Head of Corporate Development and Strategy for five (5) years with Davis Langdon in Manila, Philippines. He worked for fifteen (15) years with IBM North America in New York and Florida in Marketing and Financial functions. He had ten (10) years work stint with the Dole Food Company in the U. S., Nicaragua, Korea, and Japan in Marketing. He is a Green Associate of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Designs (LEED GA) of the U.S. Green Building Council. His company, Six Sigma Consulting, specializes in C-Suite Executive development, independent facilitation of strategic planning, sales and marketing reviews, and enabling firms to leverage corporate culture for strategic advantage and drive increased profitability and efficiency. Franco’s main qualities are: initiative, sense of anticipation and urgency. As a change agent, he learned to ask questions that stimulate candid feedback and productive discussions; objectively think through the difficult issues and integrate new ideas into practical solutions; tap a group’s rational and intuitive thought processes and capture a group’s best thinking; and, channel diverse ideas into decisions everyone can support; maximizing commitment.

Franco holds an MBA from Columbia University, New York, USA. He also holds a Liacom dual degree in History and Political Science and Commerce major in Accounting from the De La Salle University. He was a former Vice President of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) in 2006.
