He has over 17 years of experience in BPO industry, specializing in leading global and cross functional teams for enhancing Client and Customer Experience, establishing business process management systems for contact centers and deploying Lean Six Sigma, Transitions, new account set up and process re–engineering.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from L.M. College of Science & Technology, Jodhpur and a PGDBM (equivalent to MBA) in Operations Management from IMT Ghaziabad.

Bryan is a former Professor at the De La Salle University.

He was conferred ‘Graduate with Distinction Award’ for his Masters degree. Bryan is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering at the De La Salle University.

Maria Necita Geronimo

Maria Necita Geronimo, or GiGi, is the current Country General Manager for Crawford & Company’s Global Business Service Center, and concurrent Corporate Board Secretary and Treasurer of Crawford’s various Philippine entities. She is passionate about Operational Excellence in the areas of Information Technology, Finance, Quality and Human Capital Management. GiGi has built several multi-function Captive Shared Service Centers for various multinational companies, such as: SC Johnson, SunPower, Deltek and Misys, amongst others. This provided her extensive experience in leading and deploying interventions and new strategies to optimize productivity and attain desired business results.

GiGi is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional, and holds Continuing Education Certifications for Business and HR Analytics, Financial Planning and Analysis. She holds consultancies and conducts trainings, which is part of her advocacy.

S., Nicaragua, Korea, and Japan in Marketing. He is a Green Associate of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Designs (LEED GA) of the U.S. Green Building Council.
