The OFW Net Foundation Inc. is composed of more than 1,000 OFW-members based around the globe, largely in the US, Europe, Middle East, Hongkong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, and other parts of Asia Pacific countries.
Part of the OFW Integration Program is to empower the OFWs and their families to be economically self-sufficient through entrepreneurship and business engagement.
The 3-day seminar will serve as a entrepreneurship forum for OFWs and their families to learn the basic steps in setting-up a business, understanding business models and existing markets, financial requirements, and building entrepreneurship network.
The exhibit will offer opportunities and trade-matching activities for OFWs who are seeking viable business venture (SME and franchising) as a sustainable investment and source of complementary income.
Equally, the various trade opportunities will educate families of OFWs on how to invest their resources to a meaningful small business and investments that will form as secondary income, if not financial security.
