Terms and Conditions for Participation

*Please submit your company and product profile to the Event Manager together with this Application Form.

*Application & Payment - All application for participation shall be submitted using the official application form duly signed by the authorized company representative. Acceptance of application shall be confirmed by the Event Manager in writing only after payment of the 50% deposit fee. Please make the check payable to: Fiera de Manila, Inc.

*Cancellation - In case of cancellation, there shall be refund of any payment made by the Exhibitor regardless of the applicant's reason for withdrawal.

*Acceptance of Terms and Conditions - The undersigned hereby reserves the booth/space as specified above and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions for Participation as herein mentioned. Exhibit circulars to be issued by the Event Manager in connection with the above project will form part of the Terms and Conditions for Participation.
