worked for call center industry for 7 years in Edinburg, Scotland and
joined Sykes in 1997. Sykes has 44 call centers worldwide with 17,000
employees and over 15,000 customer care agents. Henderson manages the
Philippines and Shanghai operations in Asia.

operations of Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), the world's largest
management consulting and technology services organization with over 65,000
employees in 45 countries. Del Rosario is three-time Director of Philippine
Computer Society, holds Masters degree in Computer Applications &
Technology from AIT.
