The 4th Health and Organic Show was staged in Hall 3, SM Megatrade,
Mandaluyong City, Philippines last November 28-30, 2003. It was attended by
67 exhibitors, total of 87 booths in 1,500 sqm. exhibition space. Visitors
traffic registered at 12,000 in a 3-day exhibition. Highlights of the event
were: health awareness seminar conducted by health experts and specialists,
free clinics and consultations by medical doctors in various
specializations, fitness exercises, product presentations, cooking
demonstration on healthy food preparation, etc. Present during the Opening &
Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies were: Graciela R. Eleazar, OIC & PITAHC Board
Trustee (Philippine Institute of Traditional & Alternative Healthcare,
Philippine Department of Health), Lito Abelarde, President of CHIPI (Chamber
of Herbal Industries of the Philippines, Inc.), Ma. Olivia Paquia, Marketing
Manager of Zilongjin Anti-Cancer Awareness Foundation.
