Calling all fitness centers, University P.E. Departments, or individual dance enthusiasts! Join the Aeroboxing Competition sponsored by Lamisil, and Dance Revolution competition and win big big prizes.
HOW TO JOIN THE AEROBOXING COMPETITION
1. Interested group will fill-up the above registration form and settle a registration fee of P 200.00 at the Organizer's office
2. Participating teams shall be composed 6 members (maximum) per team. Composition of the respective team must be indicated at the above registration form.
3. No age requirement. Combination of male and female members per group is acceptable.
4. Performance for the finals should not be shorter than 2 minutes and not longer than 5 minutes.

Points system shall be applied to all participating teams:
Form/Physical appearance 25 points
Synchronization 25 points
Audience Impact 25 points
Costume/Theme 25 points
Total 100 points

HOW TO JOIN THE DANCE REVOLUTION COMPETITION:
1. Register at the Organizer's office or on November 5, 2001 at the Health and Organic Show exhibit.
2. Elimination round will be form 10am to 5:30 p.m.
3. Top scorers will be qualified for the finals
Winner gets P3,000 Cash prize and P500 each for four runner-ups
