Application Reqiurements:
Duly filled-up application form for reservation 50% deposite free, 50% balance on or before September 30, 2004
Application & Payment
-Signed application form together with the 50% deposit fee must be settled to
confirm reservation of booth space.
-50% balance must be settled on or before September 30, 2004.
-Applications received starting September 30, 2004 must be accompanied with full payment.
-All applications for participation shall be submitted using the official application form
duly signed by the company authorized representative. Acceptance of application shall be confirmed by
the Organizer in writing only after payment of the
participation fee.
-Please make the check payable to Fiera de Manila, Inc.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, these shall be no refund on nay payment made by the exhibitor
regardless of the applicant's reason for withdrawal.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions as specified by the Organizer
The undersigned hereby reserves the space as specified and agrees to abide by the Terms
and Conditions for participation as herein mentioned and in the Exhibitors' Manual including
all Exhibitors' Circular issued by the Organizer.
