Signed application form together with the 50% deposit fee must be settled to confirm reservation for booth space.
50% balance must be settled on or before October 31, 2003.
Applications received starting October 31, 2003 must be accompanied with full payment.
All applications for participation shall be submitted using the official application form duly signed by the company authorized representative. Acceptance of application shall be confirmed by the Organizer in writing only after payment of the participation fee.

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, there shall be no refund to any payment made by the exhibitor, regardless of the applicant's reason for withdrawal.
