Application Form for Exhibit Space

(Name and contact details indicated in this form will automatically be used in all the exhibit materials, including booth fascia, exhibitor’s directory, print advertisements, etc.)
Application & Payment:
Signed Application Form together with 50% deposit fee must be settled to confirm reservation for booth space.
Another installment payment of 25% will be due on March 16, 2005 and full payment of 25% on April 29, 2005.
Applications received starting May 02, 2005 must be accompanied with full payment.
All applications for participation shall be submitted using the official application form duly signed by the company authorized representative. Acceptance of application shall be confirmed by the Organizer in writing only after payment of the participation fee.

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, there shall be no refund to any payment made by the Exhibitor regardless of the Applicant’s reason for withdrawal.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions as specified by the Organizer:
The undersigned hereby reserves the space as specified and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions for participation as herein mentioned and in the Exhibitor’s Manual including Circulars issued by the Organizer.
