Dr. Chandramogan Anamirtham (Chandra) is currently the President and General Manager of HGST Philippines, a Western Digital Company. His passion for Business Excellence through People Development and Structured Approach and his strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility has earned him the 2010 Expatriate Executive of the Year given by Asia CEO Atwards and the Honorary Degree, Doctor of Humanities Causa, conferred by University of Batangas in 2011.

Jeff has spent 7 years in the BPO industry and holds 3 years in Six Sigma practice in Thomson Reuters, Ingram Micro and Accenture Philippines. He delivered a number of Six Sigma trainings and closed numerous Green Belt and White Belt projects focused on productivity, timeliness and accuracy.

Currently, he works for a Healthcare account and manages about 70 quality associates in Manila. He is responsible for attending to quality issues and closing the gap between Operations and Quality to ensure timely and accurate customer data delivery. He also manages the deployment of project specific capability training aiming to promote the process improvement mindset, and further equip them with the right tool and learning in performing their daily tasks. He just initiated the Six Sigma program for his specific account and recently launched the first few projects focused on improving quality.

He holds dual certification from Pera Neville-Clarke and Thomson Reuters, and trained in TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving). He finished a degree in Business Administration from San Sebastian College Recolletos, Magna Cum Laude.

He handled several Lean and Six Sigma projects for Johnson & Johnson (Asia Pacific), Hitachi GST (HICAP), Philippines, Jose Rizal University, Bataan 2020, Private Enterprise Accelerated Resource Linkage (PEARL 2), Kentucky Fried Chicken/Mister Donut, and Primary Steel Corporation. Prior to SPI, she worked with Citibank for eight years working in the field of Customer Service, Account Management and Quality, where Six Sigma was the primary foundation for Continuous Improvement. She moved to handling the internal PLDT Call Centers in 2000 where she managed the transition to the new Directory Assistance software. Analiza Aguinaldo (Beng) is the Process Excellence Director of HGST Philippines, a Western Digital Company. Among her achievements is establishing the Process Excellence infrastructure that enables the company to train almost all of its indirect employees on Lean and Six Sigma courses and engage the entire workforce in improvement projects generating millions of US dollar savings annually.

Beng received her Lean Master training and Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification from Breakthrough Management Group (BMG) with headquarters in Colorado, USA. She is also a certified Interaction Management (IM) Essentials Facilitator by Development Dimensions Inc. She conducts Train the Trainer, Lean and Six Sigma trainings not only in the Philippine site but also in other HGST sites in China, Thailand and Singapore.

He has trained and mentored 400+ Yellow Belts, 180+ Green Belts and completed 50+ Six Sigma and numerous Kaizen projects in his work stints with Banco de Oro, Canon Business Process Services, SMART Communications and AIG Philam Plans which resulted to sustainable improvements and million pesos/ hundred-thousand dollars cost savings.

Just after graduation, he won the Best in Business Plan competition at at the UP-Diliman Institute for Small Scale Industries beating 15 schools and universities nationwide. In 2009, he placed 10th on the 1st Industrial Engineering Board Examinations in the Philippines.

He practiced and managed various quality programs-ISO 9001:2000, 5S, Quality Circle, Lean, and Six Sigma from diverse industries including: Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, and BPO. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from De La Salle University- Dasmarinas and currently pursuing a dual degree program on MBA-Juris Doctor at the De La Salle University- Manila and FEU Institute of Law.

S., Nicaragua, Korea, and Japan in Marketing. He is a Green Associate of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Designs (LEED GA) of the U.S. Green Building Council. His company, Six Sigma Consulting, specializes in C-Suite Executive development, independent facilitation of strategic planning, sales and marketing reviews, and enabling firms to leverage corporate culture for strategic advantage and drive increased profitability and efficiency.
