She has conducted various training and consulting on strategic management, quality/systems improvement/ standardization, Balanced Scorecard, performance measurement and monitoring, and organizational development for various clients, such as, Unilever, Macro Asia, Globe Innove, and PLDT amongst others.

She authored two (2) publications, such as: ‘The Development of an Assessment Model for determining the Level of Total Quality Management adoption in large Philippine Manufacturing Companies: An Exploratory Study and ‘Lean Engineering Education: DNA for Change Planning for the Future of Mechanical Engineering Education with Sustainability, Systems and Ethics Competency’ for ASME, US with three (3) international collaborators. She is a member of the International Resource Panel of the United Nations Environmental Program.

Dr. Beng is Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering at the De La Salle University. She finished her BS & MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the De La Salle University.

As head of operations, Ryan Weiss directs the Business Processes (Supply Chain, Material Planning, Consumer Info Center, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing) in Henkel, Asia, Europe and Latin America.

One of his early achievements in business processes management (BPM) was implementing a process solutions that produced hundreds of Green Belts and Black Belts at National Starch & Chemical. The solutions, with training in core statistical and project management skills, applied to a variety of industries and processes such as manufacturing, service delivery, and supply chain. When he joined Henkel, Ryan created a Lean Six Sigma Program for a technical team in Asia Pacific. This program produced 45 Black Belts throughout China and Southeast Asia. A key achievement in this program was a customer project in Shanghai that resulted in sustained decreases of 25%-50% in variation across all production lines. He also leads projects in Center Management, Sustainability Initiative Development, Lean Six Sigma, and Process Improvement both in manufacturing and BPO/shared services across the globe.

Ryan holds an MBA in Finance from University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Chemistry from University of Illinois.

She is the Managing Director and President of Accretive & Innovative Consulting.

Arlene has twelve (12) years work experience in Business Excellence and Strategic Management with Monark as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Her expertise is into conceptualizing, unifying, defining, and implementing strategies, driving goals and achievement of results. She is a Change Initiator, Strategic and Innovative Thinker.

In Monark, she was responsible in the formulation, organization and execution of corporate strategic goals together with the Executive Committee with deliverables of improved topline while driving profit through operational efficiency. She developed Business Performance Excellence framework and its implementation plan to ensure the value of Continuous Improvement in the organization. She was a Corporate Planning Director and a Six Sigma Champion.

She holds an MBA from Philippine School of Business Administration and a degree in Sociology from the University of the Philippines. She got her Master Black Belt (MBB) and Black Belt Certification Training from Caterpillar University, Illinois, USA.

He is a Six Sigma Black Belt certified by Samsung’s Six Sigma Academy and currently working on his Master Black Belt certification. He has also worked as a Six Sigma and Process Innovations Program Manager in several multinational and local companies across manufacturing, BPO, banking and financial services.

He teaches Six Sigma and project management in Mapua Institute of Technology’s Engineering Graduate School and does consulting for business process innovation and business process automation.

Within the span of almost 15 years, he has passionately spearheaded and successfully pioneered various strategic change initiatives like TPM, Kaizen, Six Sigma and Business Process Management (BPM) and developed several process innovation techniques for non-technical employees. In this same span of time, he trained and coached close to 500 employees and help certify around numerous Belters who are now successful in their respective jobs.

He published technical white papers for the BPM global community and writes about Process Excellence and Project Management in his WordPress blogsite Sigma Process Excellence.
