Application & Payment:
Signed application form together with the 50% deposit fee must be settled to confirm reservation for booth space.

Full payment of Exhibit Fees must be settled on or before June30,2006

Application for Exhibit Space shall be accompanied by Company Profile, written in not more than 200 words.

All applications for participation shall be submitted using the official form duly signed by the company authorized representatives. Acceptance of applications shall be confirmed by the event Manager in writing only after payment of the participation fee.

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, there shall be no refund to any payment made by the exhibitor, regardless of the applicant's reason for withdrawal. Acceptance of terms and condition as specified by the Event Manager.
