Our Subject Matter Expert

Vanessa C. Villaluz stated her career in Human Resources at the Ateneo CORD. She worked as a Project Assistant on HR and OD projects while finishing her MA in Psychology, major in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University. After which, she held several positions at CORD, starting from Associate Director for Organizational Development and HR Services to Director of Consulting in 2008. Over the years, she has handled diverse projects: setting up HR systems, diagnosing organization development issues, managing training programs, and contributing to the knowledge in HR and OD in the Philippines through research. Vanessa currently works as a Consultant for HR and OD projects.
